Keeping track of which team member should take the lead on a customer’s follow up is easy with owner assignment.
Adding an owner is easy:
- Navigate to the customers page
- Select the appropriate owner from the owner drop down menu
You can change owners by selecting a different owner from the dropdown menu.
Assigning an owner to a customer does not prevent others from following up with that customer when necessary. All actions are detailed in the history so you can always see who has done what.
