How do I add tags to my customers?

Adding tags to your customers is a quick and consistent way to communicate special instructions about your customers and keep everyone on your team on the same page.

 

Tags are free-form so you can create the tags that make sense for your team. Simply start typing the tag you want. If it doesn’t already exist, it will be added to your system and available for everyone in your team to see. Don’t worry, your customers will never see these tags.



To remove a tag, click the ‘x’ next to the tag to remove it from your customer’s page.
