If you are a new to Funding Gates, first, you will receive a link to set up your account. After your account is created, you will be prompted to connect an accounting package (step 2).
If you have a Funding Gates account and are looking to reconnect your accounting package. Follow these steps:
1) Click on the gear in the top right corner of your Funding Gates Dashboard. Then select Company Info. From there click on Services in the left side bar.
2) Select QuickBooks Online as your accounting software.
3) After selecting QuickBooks Online, sign in with your Intuit Log-In credentials to find your company file:
Once logged in, the QuickBooks company file associated with your credentials will show up (the FG Receivables Manager can only sync with one company file so if you have multiple, choose the one you want to integrate with the FG Receivables Manager):
The first sync between QuickBooks and Funding Gates should happen immediately upon connecting your company file. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-370-6026 and select "Customer Support".
