Delete Contact Events from the Customer Page

To delete an event from a customer’s contact history, select the event you would like deleted from the Account History log on the customer’s page. From the dropdown info that displays, select Delete on the left side of the screen (under Date). Select OK when asked “Are you sure you want to delete this contact record?” The event will immediately be deleted.
