If you already have an active FG Receivables Manager account, and have been invited to sign up as an AR Specialist, you will need to use a different email address during the AR Specialist signup process.
Here are some tips on how to use a different email address when signing up. You will need to know which service is being used to host your email. If you are not sure, you can email [email protected] and we will help you determine this.
If you use Google/Gmail or Outlook.com for your email:
You can use "plus addressing" to create a new email address that will go directly to your Inbox.
For example, you sign up as an AR Specialist with [email protected]. You'll receive these emails alongside your standard [email protected] emails, but emails sent to the "+ar" alias will show that alias in the To field.
This applies to gmail.com/outlook.com email addresses, and also to custom domain names that are hosted using those services.
If you use a different email provider:
First, consult with your email provider to determine if you can use plus addressing as described above. If they support it, that will be the easiest way to proceed.
Will I be able to see my FG Receivables Manager account while logged in as an AR Specialist?
At this time, the only way to see your FG Receivables Manager account in the AR Specialist dashboard is if you first sign up as an AR Specialist.
If you signed up for FG Receivables Manager first, you will need to first log out of your AR Specialist account, then log back in with your FG Receivables Manager account (and vice versa to switch back).
We always appreciate feedback about our service, so if you are interested in being able to access your own FG Receivables Manager account from your AR Specialist dashboard, please email [email protected] with your feedback, and we'll let you know when we are able to integrate your accounts.
