How do I make a phone call in the FG Receivables Manager?

The "Make Call" feature is available on your Customer's page in the FG Receivables Manager. To access it, go to your customer's home page and select "Make Call":

 

Make sure the phone number is updated in the customer's account in your business' accounting package, otherwise the number will have to be manually entered. Once the number shows, click "Call" (Note: Phone call conversations are recorded, make sure to notify your customer the conversation will be recorded):

After the call is made, select if you spoke with someone, the name of the contact, a note to summarize the conversation and click Add to Customer History:

The phone call will be logged in the customer's Account History. To access the recording, go to the customer's page, scroll down to Account History and select the note for the call made:
